The space features multiple ready-to-use areas including a styled lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, signature arches and doorways, and the built-in “Oasis” stage, creating multiple looks within a single space. Neutral limewash walls, architectural details, and large south and west-facing windows bring abundant natural light and strong golden hour throughout the day. Production amenities include a white seamless backdrop with additional backdrop colors available as add-ons, V-flats, reflectors, sandbags, extension cords, LED panels, power access throughout the studio, a dedicated hair and makeup station, steamer, and clothing rack. The flexible layout supports editorials, campaigns, lifestyle shoots, interviews, podcasts, branding content, and video productions without requiring extensive setup. The space is designed to work beautifully with natural light while remaining adaptable for productions bringing their own gear and lighting setups. Blackout curtain options are available as an add-on with advance notice for teams needing greater light control. ACCESS & LOAD-IN The building features original staff-operated passenger and freight elevators during scheduled service hours. For larger crews, heavy equipment, or more complex load-ins, advance coordination is recommended. Stair access remains available throughout the day and after elevator hours.
