Stylish Venue for Incredible Events

This venue provides a stylish and historical canvas for incredible events and creative projects in the heart of Revolver Lane, with access to creative suites and studios, kitchens, our laneway and more. The beautiful, plant filled atrium glows by day and then turns into a fantasy wonderland by night, providing capacity for up to 120 guest in a venue unparalleled in Melbourne for its intimacy and uniqueness. Please send us as much detail as you can about your event so we can provide you with prompt, firm pricing so you can make a fast decision. Revolver Lane is not a licensed venue and does not sell drinks or food. Hosts are required to provide all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for their guests. We can organise modern-Thai catering, or hosts can organise external catering. Revolver Lane charges a venue hire fee for use of the space, all staffing and cleaning. A security bond is also payable. How it works: We help coordinate the event, including designing your drink and food menus. We do the complete event setup We provide a great sound system ready to go (you can play your own music or book a DJ/band) You will order the drinks from for delivery to Revolver Lane the day before the event If you want catering, food is cooked fresh in the building by Colonel Tan's Thai Kitchen and served hot (or you bring your own food) We set up a bar and provide a full drinks service (no self service or BYO) We provide private staffing for the event so that you can enjoy the party and not worry about a thing The venue is yours - there are no other groups in the space with you The event wraps up 5-10 minutes before the booking finishes to allow time for guests to leave We do all the packdown, cleaning & rubbish removal once the event has concluded Payment: Peerspace takes payment of the venue hire fee upfront. The balance of the fees (bond, staffing and cleaning) are payable no later than 15 days prior to the event. You will pay directly for the drinks. The bond is refunded about 5 days after the event once payment is released from Peerspace. Cancellation: Cancellation policy is set by Peerspace. Event Planning: Once the booking is secured by paying the bond, we will liaise with you on food, beverages, styling, and your entertainment needs. We aim to have the entire event organised within 14 days of booking. We require all food and drink selection to be finalised 15 days prior to the booking.
