Modern Elegant Event Space with spacious 2,000 square foot, gated, private back lot. Perfect for hosting parties, dinner parties, and business events. One big room with 11.5 ft ceilings, beautiful polyurethane concrete floors (1,800 square feet). The second space is a large room with a white lacquer table that can seat up to 14. Great for events, brunch/lunch/dinners, and business meetings. Beautiful restroom. If you would like the outdoor space only, with access to the restroom, you may bring your own tent or furniture to set up. The photo shows a tent that is 20x20ft as an example for a past catered event. You can bring couches, equipment, any outdoor furniture you choose to bring. This is a beautiful, large, private, outdoor space with access to the restroom. These 3 spaces can be used together or separately, for an indoor-outdoor event. Smoking is not permitted. Host will be there to welcome you, and will be present at the end of your event to bid you adieu.

Professional cleaners are hired between bookings to ensure site is clean and ready for use. Renter must bring bring their own trash bags and remove all trash and haul it away with them at end of event.
