Lunita Loft: Sun-filled loft in industrial Gowanus

Sun-filled, cozy loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping space is roomy with a desk, reading lamp, kitchen table, ample counter space, cooking and laundry amenities. There is a beautiful open event space attached to this loft that is regularly used for artistic events. Both spaces have beautiful, tall ceilings as well as natural sunlight. The open event space is perfect for creative endeavors, including: -photo and video shoots -performances -art workshops and classes -yoga and other movement classes The loft is located on the third floor of an industrial building (no elevator access, guests must be able to climb two flights of stairs.) There is a tool shop on the ground floor that is open until 5pm on weekdays, as well as a pet lodging/grooming establishment. The building itself remains very quiet, but please note that street noise can be loud - especially in the morning!
