Need a little getaway? Come enjoy this brand new backyard with a heated pool, in-ground spa, seating area with firepit and access to a luxury bathroom directly from the pool! Convenience: You will be able to access the master bathroom directly from the pool area. *SHOWER NOT INCLUDED*! Quality: This backyard was part of a very large renovation done recently. All the equipment is brand new. Pool chemicals and pH are balanced weekly, landscaping is maintained weekly. Privacy: You will have complete privacy as I will only come out if you need me. There are lots of trees surrounding the property along with a tall fence on top of the back wall for added privacy. The blinds in the house will be down. There are security cameras. Please arrive no earlier than the start of your reservation and leave no later than your check out time. There is limited time between bookings for me to clean up for the next guest. *PLEASE READ ALL POOL RULES BELOW.*
