Mehr über die Räumlichkeit
The entire home was taken down to the studs in 2019-2020.
All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find a big open space with a full kitchen, dinning table and living area. Huge windows overlook East Kentucky Street and the tree tops over Beargrass Creek behind the home. The upstairs space would work great for small business meetings. Creative workshops of any kind. This area would be great for setting up a Yoga class as well. Cooking class. Many options and very centrally located in Germantown.
