This is a multi-purpose space. The front half is a retail front, the back half is a full manufacturing space with industrial sewing machines, cutting table, fabric rolls, and shipping area. There is also a lunch corner featuring a tulip table and tulip chairs. The back half may be utilized as storage for equipment during your duration, if only shooting in the front retail area. **VERY IMPORTANT: Rate listed applies for booking during MONDAY-WEDNESDAY.
