Seamless Screens in Industrial Building w/ Multiple Settings

Welcome to our historic 1920s industrial building in Williamsburg! This four-story space, complete with its original 1940 stainless steel freight elevator, blends history with production, offering multiple film and production spaces in one location. It’s the perfect setting for abandoned, haunted, or vacant-themed shoots. With solid brick and concrete ceilings, the environment is also ideal for audio recordings and interviews. Our authentic distressed spaces have been featured in productions for BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan. Need more than a seamless screen can offer? We have multiple distressed and Industrial settings to offer at one location. One featured space offers south-facing windows with park views, soundproof windows, three exposed brick walls, and a distinctive Sinker Cypress wood wall. Two seamless screens are positioned to make the most of the natural light. For production teams, the building provides various shoot locations, all accessible via the freight elevator. We can accommodate projects that require filming in multiple areas, with soundproof windows designed for high-quality audio recordings, interviews, and live music. With no other tenants, we control the industrial elevator to ensure your production runs smoothly. If you're interested in additional shoot spaces or vintage props, let us know in advance to discuss arrangements. If you need a particular prop, you need to reach out to us prior to your production! Do not assume from photos of prior sample projects that particular props are in the space. We have an amazing array of props. Most of which is in compacted storage- we're not obligated to move props from another floor or storage on short notice.
