Optimal for: - Photoshoots - Commercials - Casting Calls - Executive Meetings - Podcasts - Interviews No perishable foods are allowed to be left within trashcans. Trash MUST be taken with you if disposing of any perishable foods (fruits, vegetables, bread, cooked food, etc.). A cleaning fee will be charged if any perishable foods are found within studio after your booking.

You, your party and CGG staff are the only individuals with access to the space during your booking. Please inform our team, prior to your booking, if you are in need of assistance from one of our team members throughout your booking (please be aware there will be an additional fee). We kindly request at the end of your booking the space be left within the same condition, and set-up, as when you arrived. If furniture is out of place, or trash outside of the trash bins, renter will be subject to cleaning fees.
