The Hill House - Ocean View

The Hill House was completely renovated in 2020. Enjoy this clean, open concept, light filled home with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean view. Dinners can be enjoyed outside on the wraparound terrace, at a picnic table just steps from the kitchen with a prime ocean view, overlooking the Channel Islands. The home has two spacious private decks in the back and front of the house with seating areas to relax or eat with the whole group. Admire the ocean views at the outdoor dining table on the front deck, or head to the back deck to continue the fun with a brand new grill and outdoor seating area. Also stocked at The Hill House are boogie boards, chairs, and a beach umbrella, to make sure you have the full set up when heading to the beach. Amenities include a brand new grill and seating area, outdoor picnic table, boogie boards, beach umbrella, full kitchen, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee), new TV’s (85-inch in the front living room and a 55-inch in back), and a brand new washer and dryer set. Late at night, put on a movie on our 85-inch smart TV in the main living room. Our keyless entry systems allow for contactless entry.
