Offices at China Hall are Rochester's newest co-working location. We believe that collaboration doesn't have to come at the cost of personal space. Each office comes equipped with everything you need to get work done (wifi, utilities, access to conference rooms, a fully functioning kitchen, and plenty of natural light!), all for a flat rate. Long-term and Short-Term leasing and reserved parking are available just as us for details. Member pricing to include extra amenities. Our stunning conference room is free for member use, day or night. Holds up to 15 people. Fully equipped for all your presentation needs. This space can also be rented by the hour for non-members. If you are looking to hold a private meeting we also are open to the rental of our conference room and common area for reasonable rates. Our common area comes equipped with a full kitchen. If you require rental space we have the answer. China Hall is so much more than boring office space we have so much character which makes coming to work fun. Common space and conference room can double as party space. Our conference room is a great place for your podcast.
