The studio space is 380 sqft has remote controlled fan, heat and air-conditioning system. The ensuite bathroom has heated floors and a walk in shower. At the wet bar, you'll find a selection of Harney and Son's teas, Nespresso coffee pods, fridge, microwave. A set of glass doors that open to your fenced in private, gated patio under a large vine arbor. Enjoy lounging on our sofa with the ambiance of our fire table. Our solar heated pool is available and offers plenty of loung seating, table and chairs with umbrellas. Access to the main house patio with covered pavailian and well lighted for all times of the day. Under the water tight patio is a 10 ft walnut table that can seat 12 offering a stunning view of the pool area. There is an outdoor kitchen area with pizza oven and weber barbeque. Small off site team building site for meetings (6 to 8) people, special gatherings and photo shoots. This is for day use 8:00 am-9:00 pm.
