This absolutely beautiful studio is outfitted with its very own private entrance, and comes with free onsite parking and may be used for a variety of purposes. The studio lends itself to a variety of creative pursuits. You only have to let your imagination run wild. Vaulted ceilings, recess lighting, wood grain ceilings, shelving and bars can be used to for pop up store, intimate bridal party, baby shower, yoga studio, pop up mirco-boutique, photo shoot, pod cast, work station, etc. Large Mirror is hung on wall. Comes with Desk that can be removed. It is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom that can be used as a changing room as shelving is in the restroom. Full length Sliding Glass Doors on both ends of the studio and patio/garden outdoor area. This studio comes with use of one courtyard, but if the other is available it may be requested.
