Located Downtown Los Angeles in the Arts District, this unit is laid out best for small events with under 35 guests. There's a West facing window that lets in an immense amount of light, as well as a moveable wall that can be used as a room divider or backdrop. There is also an area by the door that can be used to prepare for you event, as well as access to shared restrooms down the hallway. We are happy to share our 1200 sqft. studio space conveniently located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The area has minimalist furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any shoot that you may be executing. We have a beautiful, all-white space that comes with an assortment of set walls, folding tables, and chairs to use at your disposal. We also have a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig that you may use as you wish. The space is located near the intersection of South Santa Fe Avenue and 6th Street, making it close to everything that the Arts District has to offer, and you have the ease of contactless entry by using our smart door lock. In between rentals, our cleaning crew comes in to wipe down surfaces, clean the floors, and sanitize previously used equipment in order to keep our guests as safe as possible during the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. Additionally, any tools or utilities that may have been used or rented are also cleaned using the same procedures.
