Private Hilltop Wooded Estate

Welcome to our private hilltop family estate! 11 acres featuring stunning views of the rolling hills, private rustic oak forest, white picket fenced pasture, mature olive tree, and more. Our spacious and peaceful property feels a world away from everything yet is a quick 15-20 minute drive away from El Dorado hills, Folsom, Cool and Auburn. This rental is an all outdoor space, with no interior shooting spaces available. You are welcome to shoot the exterior of the main larger home on the property, shoot on the wrap around porch or back deck. Photographers - tired of using public parks and trails for your sessions? Photograph your portraits in our oak forest. Family photo shoots? The kids are welcome to play in our children's play area (featuring a play structure, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox) after their session until your rental time ends (we recommend not using this before since it can be hard to lure them away ;) ) Available for small photo shoots and video productions with up to 8 people onsite. Larger productions please inquire for rates. If it is your first time shooting at out property, we will meet you upon arrival and will walk you around the property and into the wooded area to show you the best shoot locations. Important notes: Please note that both homes on the property are occupied and rental space includes outside areas only. The facade and areas immediately surrounding the first smaller home are not available and we ask you to respect their privacy. A restroom in the main home which is accessible from the back deck is available for your convenience and you are welcome to shoot on the main home's exterior areas including the porch and back deck. Please note that while the front porch is free of clutter (as pictured), the sides of the porch and underneath the home do have personal items visible but not visible from the front of the home.
