A Great space for all your production needs. This apartment offers a uniquely designed cozy bright living room, great for interviews or a family scene. Two light and bright bedrooms can be used for other home scenes like teenagers hanging out, waking up scene etc or simply as dressing rooms. The kitchenette is great for a bachelorette/Bachelor pad cooking scene. Or just a morning scene where actor grabs coffee and a bite before beginning their day. So many options, this apartment offers. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional kitchenette - Bathroom with classic claw foot tub - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror in bedroom - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene. This must be requested ahead of time. Location scouts are welcome after booking has been made.
