The house is gated and tucked away in North Hollywood. There's an outdoor farmhouse shed with landscaping around it and enough parking to fit four cars inside the gate. The mix of modern and farmhouse gives it a unique design and makes it flattering to use for many different occasions. There's one bedroom that is available to everyone and a bathroom. There's a record player to play into the ambiance of the modern farmhouse feeling. There's an outdoor area with a fire pit, outdoor furniture and tiki torches and a cute farmhouse shed that's all private an adds to the outdoor experience. There's also a quiet park on the other side of the fence that has picnic tables and other amenities to make for quick and easy park access.
