Referrals and more photos available upon request. - 1000 sq. ft open concept kitchen, living and dining - Indoor and outdoor dining tables seat 10+ - Endless furniture configurations and space uses - Baby grand piano - 70" Smart tv for presentations - Floor to ceiling steel and glass windows - 11 foot white ceilings - Expansive gallery art wall can be used as is or set up for content creation or zoom background. - 10 foot sliding door opens up to 700 sq. ft. concrete patio and allows for lighting or sound equipment to be easily moved in and out and indoor/outdoor living. - Two full bathrooms and one half bath that can be accessed from the outside. - Bedroom(s) can be made available as well as garment racks and full length mirrors.
