The affordable base rate is to make our location affordable, especially to students and smaller productions. This base rate only includes shooting outdoors in mutually agreed upon areas only and parking up for up to 9 cars. For additional services, check our add-ons. To film indoors in our house, garage, or metal warehouse, please add on filming indoors. Likewise, if you need to book bathrooms or extra parking, you can do an add on. This is a rustic, rural location adjacent to Highway 14 in the high desert near Santa Clarita and Palmdale. Formerly a small home with detached garage and warehouse, surrounded by vacant lots. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
