Modern, recently renovated, multi-level home in the heart of LoHi—central to everything with private parking + easy access to downtown and all highways. With an open floor plan downstairs and multiple levels for versatility and privacy in sleeping, this house is available for photo/video shoots, small workshops/retreats, sacred journeys or private events & parties. The 1st floor features an open living room/dining room/kitchen with high ceilings, lots of light and seating for 12. (Additional seating available.) The island kitchen is open, modern and fully equipped. There is also a sunny front office with door for a private workspace. There is a half-bath off the kitchen, with a small storage space and enclosed side run next to an attached garage. Upstairs there are 3 floors of separate sleeping areas with 4 bedrooms/3 full baths. A king master suite features an en-suite bathroom with double jetted shower and jacuzzi tub. The 3rd floor suite has a queen bed and meditation/lounge space with floor pillows and floor mattresses. The 2nd level features a queen bedroom and a bedroom w/full bed + twin trundle with a shared back deck. 2-night minimum for weekend rentals.
