The space can utilize multiple bays that offer: - kitchen - white & green cyclorama (3 walls) - portrait photography with multiple cloth-textured backdrops - product photography and video - creative insert stage with different styled flats to choose from - editing suite with 3 computers and business class wifi - lounge area or green room that's great for pre-production - Mezzanine and podcast studio area to review your latest production All overlooking the Peace Bridge and 7 minutes from downtown or the Elmwood Village with nearby Niagara st "mom and pop" food and retail culture Avenir is a great place for events! 3200 sqft space offers plenty of room to host 150ppl with tables for food, product display, and other informational opportunities. Recent events include a local photography group's annual wrap party, an Indie film short, music video, and green screen production for the Niagara Visitor Center's upcoming educational feature. Parking is available with 8 spots just outside the studio doors along with additional street-side parking nearby.
