This fully furnished newly constructed 3 bedroom home has been outfitted and designed to meet guests' needs. A true home away from home! This is an ideal property for both short and long-term stays. Conveniently located off 85 within walking distance to various dining selections. Near Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area & Southeastern Railway Museum. Inside, the main floor has an open floor plan featuring a living room, a kitchen with an island, plus a dining area that comfortably accommodates six guests. The bedrooms are located upstairs; the master has a king bed and private bathroom and the others are a queen and a full size bed; they share a hallway bathroom. Each room has a Smart Tv, WiFi, and fresh bed and bath linens. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with kitchenware and cookware. We set out a welcome tray with snacks and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply.
