The space is located in the heart of Preston Hollow in North Dallas. The renovated space is located on the first floor and has lots of natural light. The space features a massive back porch and access to a walking trail. It is a 3-bedroom and 2-bath property with a spacious patio where you can gather with your friends and family for special occasions and private parties. One of its bedrooms is well-suited for working while you're on the trip. The Royale also has private covered parking for the safety of your vehicle. Whether you need a quiet space to relax or write or a spot for Sunday Brunch for your girlfriends, we are happy to host your next individual or group experience.
