A remote 5 acre desert oasis with a contemporary barn space located in Sky Valley, California. 3 of the 5 acres are beautifully landscaped with more than 50 olive trees, 60 palm trees and endless mountain views. Located 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. the space offers a 2,200 sq ft contemporary barn with white interiors making it perfect for a wedding venue, corporate event, or a photo or video shoot looking for a remote desert vibe. On site is a 2 bedroom 2 bath prefab house, as well as a 1 bedroom cabin and a salt water pool. PLEASE NOTE: Hourly fees charged also include hours used for vendor deliveries, client set-up, prep, and break down and separate fees charged for overnight use of the property. There is no kitchen on site, but self-contained catering and food trucks welcome and encouraged.
