The Cookiebutter Cabin - Rustic cabin from 1950s near Bass Lake

Built in 1943, and recently upgraded, this special cabin is perfect for film and photo shoots. Every nook and cranny is loaded with fun trinkets, gadgets, games, history, and picture perfect backgrounds. The cabin has a full kitchen, an outdoor charcoal or wood burning grill and a fire pit. The cabin is stocked with board games, puzzles, a piano, tether ball and a ping pong table under the car port. A bubbling waterfall and pond flow through the center of property. We are in walking distance to Bass Lake and a 25 minute drive to the South entrance to Yosemite. WINTER: The cabins are a wonderful place to for a winter getaway. Snow is hard to predict but typically comes in January through March. We are along a major road which means they plow it often and we do our very best to keep driveways and walkways shoveled. This cabin is exclusively yours as with the outdoor fire pit, grill and parking. Check out sister cabins "The Snickerdoodle" and “The Jolly Rancher” for additional spaces to rent. These cabins are primarily AirBnb rentals and the neighboring cabins may have guests in and around them. You may rent out all three cabins if needed. They all have their own unique charm and layouts. (2) Heat / AC: The house has mini split heater/AC units in each of the bedrooms and the kitchen. A brand new propane fireplace has been installed in the living room for additional heat and ambiance. (3) Bedding Configuration: • Bedroom — 1x Full Bed • Loft #1 — 1x Queen Bed • Loft #2 — 2x Twin Beds Note: Loft #1 is accessed by stairs in the master bedroom.
