A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of their stay. We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages.
