The space can be used for photoshoots, commercial shoots, film shoots, work space, creative space, social gathering., and retreats. The cabin is located in a mountain community called Pine Mountain Club in Los Padres National Forest. In the neighborhood there is a pool, tennis course, golf course, club house, bakery, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails. A trail head starts a block away from the house that leads to the downtown area—a short walk away. The cabin has a kitchen, fireplace, centralized heat and A/C, a loft, bedroom and two bathrooms, upstairs porch and down stairs porch are available for use.
