This room has ample sunlight, access to private outdoor space, and a minimalist decor. Its perfect for brainstorming meetings, lectures, intimate events, and workshops. We can set up for 10-20 people inside for sit down events with tables and chairs. There is more space outside on the private fenced in patio. All the furniture is on wheels, so can be moved or removed as needed. There is a kitchen on the 2nd level that can be used as part of your event. There is a stove/oven refrigerator and microwave. We are a woman owned small business, thanks for supporting our community. We cannot guarantee access more than 10 minutes before your start time. Guests must book the time needed for set up, early arrivals, and breakdown. Extra time will be billed per Peerspace policies.
