Über Good Life Vacation Rental Resort & Events

Located near Downtown San Diego, the Tiny House Event Tents is an outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. Featured details of the event space include: • Event Capacity of 50 guests • Banquet style seating • Flatscreen TV • Custom Painted Sunset Mural • Shaded Event Tents Amenities provided with the event space include: • BYO Catering • Alcohol BYO or option for purchase (Must pay $40 BYO Catering and Alcohol Fee) • ADA Event Space • Free Street Parking • High Speed Wifi • Resort Security Cameras • Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down. Additional Add-ons As the event space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Overnight Lodging • Cocktail Table Rental • Speakers • Heaters • Additional Event Space • Photobooth • Staff for your event • Alcohol Package • coolers with ice Want to stay past 11pm and have more fun? You can add-on Overnight Lodging, which has amazing perks for your guests: • enjoy staying late into the night with event guests. Depending on your rental, we can extend 1-5 hours free. • discounted or FREE event Note: There is a 5 hour minimum on this event space. Request bookings less than 5 hours with minimum $800 total including extras. Before Peerspace fee. Insurance is only required for paid events or those expecting 40 or more guests. For smaller gatherings of 1 to 39 people, it's optional. As a family-owned business, we aim to create a positive and welcoming environment for all resort guests. We are dedicated to creating a space that fosters community, comfort, and safety. We look forward to hearing from you and hosting your event! Guest total calculation: please include adults, kids ages 2+, and vendors & staff. We need to account for space and bathrooms for everyone who’s mobile to stay within occupancy limits. Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Guests under 21 are welcome with supervision.
