1920's exposed brick building meets luxury-simplicity. This private outdoor space is surrounded by 20-30 foot walls, with exposed brick, large windows, artwork, and various scenes/settings. Enter through gates to a 300 sq foot area with a dessert feel (decomposed granite flooring, and dessert / cactus plant scene); the next 400 sq feet offers a more modern vibe with cement flooring interspersed with river pebbles, 2 extra large gray umbrellas that juxtapose the extra large black window along the exposed brick wall and a cream-painted 30 foot wall on the other side with plants. A glass dining table and chairs are available. The final 300 sq feet transports you to the Mediterranean, with an Italian / Greek mural that draws you in, surrounded by natural plants including gorgeous passion fruit vines, and presented with a pebble rock / beachy floor. Chairs and table are available. The art mural can be covered by your own make-shift artwork and allows you to transform the space to any number of settings from around the world. A truly unique space, perfect for photo, audition or video shoots! Approximately 1,000 sq feet of additional space is available for private parking and can accommodate a trailer or truck (available on weekends only).
