Abandoned Historic Victorian Mansion

Available for photo shoots and movie/music video production. Private events considered on a case by case basis. 8500 square foot abandoned Victorian mansion with a unique attached conservatory or greenhouse and large attic space. Usually only available on Tuesdays or weekends, but special arrangements outside of those times are sometimes possible based on a client's project and need. No water, sewer or electricity in the mansion, but luxury rental accommodations are located next door. All proceeds benefit a 501c3 nonprofit. Located 5 - 10 minutes from a college/university town. Acres of adjacent space available for use with booking.
