Boasting a minimalist analog aesthetic in a modern setting, the studio is fully modular and able to rearrange as needed for a variety of creative needs. Its high ceilings, natural light and over 1500 sq/ft of usable space offer an ideal environment for photography/videography productions, as a writing room or rehearsal space, or to host your next listening party or intimate performance. Additional amenities include drive-up load in, a cozy kitchenette for coffee & snack breaks, and a full bathroom for wardrobe changes and makeup.

All common areas are disinfected in between uses. Bathroom is deep cleaned regularly. Garage door can be opened to allow for greater ventilation. Professional cleaning quarterly or as needed.
