A cute garden 🏡 level space, perfect for photography shoots, film/video production, music videos, small workshops, rehearsals, etc. The space has versatile furnishings such as: - A glass table to be used as a desk, for dining set ups or as a vanity - Stylish chairs, stool and ottoman. - 9 feet Savage backdrops in White, Black, Gray and Green - A variety of fabric backgrounds For an additional fee of $15 you get access to the outdoor space which provides a natural backdrop for lifestyle and fashion shoots to the property lines offering a versatile settings for content and set up. 🗝️ The space is self-service, so an access code will be given to gain enter the studio. Full instructions will be sent once the booking is made. A full restroom 🚻 is available ready for scenes, and large enough for changing and make up. The premises are under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. Fabric and paper backgrounds are free to us as backgrounds only. There is a 💰$10+ fee for the white, black, gray and green seamless paper photo backdrops pulled to under your feet for your photography.
