Romantic & Rustic European Casita with Breathtaking Light!

This home boasts has so many beautiful settings from which to photograph and draw inspiration from. One of the features in this space that really stands out from the rest, is the rustic limestone patina on the walls and the light-colored natural stone floors. We consistently hear how incredible the light reflects on skin tones in this space. Reminiscent of old Europe, the walls have a soft matte, hand-plastered finish that provides a gentle texture behind one’s subject and softly reflects light throughout the space creating almost a soft box effect. The layout is very open and great for movement shots. The interior is minimalistic and refined. There are so many pockets to capture from. The owner is a retired editorial and fashion photographer and very much designed this space to be an ideal location for photographers. The house itself looks like a styled shoot set. With that in mind, we welcome guests to enjoy being creative with the space. Outside there is a half acre of yard. There is a nice covered patio with seating for 7 and a patio dining area for up to 12. Linen floor length curtains for the patio can be found in the chest. If you would like to use them you are welcome to put them up as well. There are rustic stools, antique iron chairs and many other items that can be used throughout the house as additional props for clients. We again welcome guests to enjoy the creative potential this space offers! We do ask in return, that any items or furniture moved and or used, be appropriately cared for and at the commencement of time, be returned to the original placement. In addition we also have a floral installation studio available for an additional price, along with professional lighting equipment and even a fog machine.
