Kitchen and pantry floor is wood subfloor with Ramboard on top and bathroom floor is dated tan tile with red accents. Walls in living room, kitchen, pantry, and hall are exposed framing with visible electrical and plumbing and backside of stucco paper visible on exterior walls. Walls in bedrooms and bathroom are original plaster with dated paint finishes. “Ceilings” in living room, kitchen, pantry, and hall is open framing with view to underside of roof framing. Ceilings in bedrooms and bathroom are plaster with dated paint. Kitchen has a makeshift wood counter and open cabinet boxes with freestanding oven. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobe closets and there are 2 coat closets in hallway. Existing furniture can be easily cleared. Would be ideal for photo/tv/film/music video productions. Electrical panel can't handle large loads so some productions may require generator power.
