The home has heat and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic essentials. The yard wraps around the home providing plenty of space for events and options for a photo shoot. Looking to do yoga? There is plenty of space in the backyard under the beautiful oak tree. The driveway is large and accommodate 4 cars, possibly 5. The house is located up the road from the Santa Barbara Mission less than 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara and 15 minutes from UCSB.
