The venue can accommodate 150 guest, making it an ideal setting for both intimate and large-scale events. Artesian Loft provides a range of amenities to make your event a success. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, which include a sink, microwave, refrigerator and counter space. A 75inch smart TV and bathrooms are just steps away. The venue also offers ample parking options for guests and is easily accessible via public transportation.

Guest must clean up any and all trash from the event. The garbage disposal area is located inside the building on the first level in the middle of the building by the loading doc area. The loft must resemble the way it looked upon entry. The space will be professional clean and disinfected between events. A cleaning charge is added to the rental fee.
