A 1200 square foot daylight studio in a turn of the century mill building. Usable ceiling height of 13.5 ft and plenty of shoot space. Ample Client seating area to review shoots and have a relaxing space to collaborate. Large west facing windows with room darkening shades, a separate make up/dressing room, full kitchen, private bath, WiFi, central A/C, and Bose sound. Elevator just off the loading dock. Free parking. 5 minute walk from the MBTA station. All rentals include 2 sets of saw horses, 6' ladder, and 4 apple boxes. Regular Studio hours are Monday through Sunday from 8:00a-6:00p.m. Easy driving Access to Rt 9 and 290. Studio is open for rentals Monday - Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Weekends upon request. Studio is cleaned before and after each rental. We do ask that any and all food, drink, props, product, equipment is cleaned and removed at the end of your rental. Anything that is left will be disposed of within 24 hours.
