Located on Main Street of a super cute little town of Wayland, MI. We bring you a unique space for multiple uses. This Studio is designed from a photographers perspective with many different set ups but an open concept space for small events up to 40 guests. This Studio Space can be used as an hourly rental for photoshoots, ceremonies, bridal parties getting ready space, pop up businesses and much more. This space is NOT ideal for child birthday or a gathering for children as many of the sets are temporary sets and are breakable. 2 Large, Versatile Rooms up to 2,100sqfeet - both included in the listing rate. With ever-changing backdrops, furniture, décor and props, all types of content creators will have full access to all of the amenities in each room. Move them around easily, have fun and create the perfect setting for you and your clients. The largest space in the studio, the Main Room features several different sets, a fully functional kitchen, gorgeous white bathtub and so many options for creating amazing photos with a wide range of color schemes, textures, and styles for portraits and beyond. The XoXo Room is an intimate studio space set up for boudoir photography and beyond with glamorous sets and deep, rich colors with neutral textiles give the space an intriguing feel with delightful accents that help bring your photos to the next level of originality. Please be advised, we are a photography and content creation studio. We do not have tables and chairs for formal seating. Casual Seating only! Move couches/chairs & stools around for a comfy experience! Extra large kitchen counter also provides additional seating and at this time one 6foot folding table is available. We have an additional Room that can be added on for a larger group and a get ready space for additional accommodations. Last 5 Photo are of the additional spaces that can be added to your booking for larger parties. You must book the time you need for Set up & Clean up in your overall booking. We have members who can schedule right up to the end of your booking. Be sure to include all hours needed in the space and INCLUDE CLEAN UP TIME. You will be asked to leave the space as nice or better than you found it. We share an entry with a Restaurant. You will need to instruct your guest to come into the restaurant and up the stairs. I do showings of the space prior to rental, just ask :).
