Time for load-in and loud-out must be considered into your booking time frame. Lofted, open-beam ceilings with hardwood floors, different look walls, creates an open space with lots of possibilities! Ideal for portraits, corporate headshots, commercial or styled shoots, video, and other small productions. Please return the studio to the general condition you found it in. You may pay a one time $50 fee if you wish to have our us clean after your booking. Sweeping and/or vacuuming is required upon departure from all used & main areas. Please spot clean with paper towel or mop if necessary for wet/dirty spots. Studio is maintained on a regular basis and a Deep cleaning is conducted monthly.
