If you need to shoot near DTLA, this is the place. My studio is at ground level. There is a roll-up door for easy load-in. There are 2 reserved parking spaces at the roll-up door and plenty of parking on site. I have central heat/AC. For early adopters, basic grip is included with the day's rental. (C-Stands, Booms, Sandbags, Appleboxes) I also have lighting/modifiers available as add-ons. There is also a restaurant/pub, across the parking lot. If you need more equipment than what I've got on hand, OTMFC is on the other side of my building.
