Exposed brick loft studio with soaring 14ft ceilings available for small intimate gatherings, workshops, brunch, dinner parties, bridal or baby showers, mahjong parties, and birthday parties. Soaring windows facing west allow ample natural light and beautiful golden hour lighting. Easy unloading and entrance for you and your guests; the unit has ground-level door entrance to the street. Plenty of free parking (except early in the morning hours M-F between 8am - 10am) is available right up front. The space features a moveable photography wall with two color options, a small kitchen vanity with sink, coat rack (optional), and a fitting room. Bookings 3 hours or longer will include the 20 black metal chairs and two 8ft tables at no additional cost. Parties with guests 21-30 are an additional $25/hr for capacity and set up requirements. Because our room capacity is 30, we only have a maximum of 30 black metal dining chairs. Guest (chair) count will be required a week before you booking. Please note that the walnut chairs in the photos are no longer available. Table linens, florals, and vintage french country chairs are not included in the booking. Rentals are available and subject to availability. Moveable photography wall cannot be removed from the space. Please note that due to the layout of the studios, restrooms can only be accessed in the main building (just two short doors down) by exiting the front of the studio.
