Pristine indoor Sports Performance Center, centrally located in Denver, CO. Former warehouse newly renovated to create 17,000SF of free space for two full-size hardwood basketball courts, 35 yards of indoor turf, two MLB batting cages, and a collegiate-level weight training space. Industry-friendly and privately owned, we have hosted commercial shoots for major brands and named talent. Our facility is an industrial area, adjacent to the freeway and only 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. As a private facility, we are able to control access to the space (closed set) and can work quickly to manage schedules and industry needs. The space reads like a Stage, with 30 ft ceiling heights and truck load-in with our outdoor ramp and garage doors that open into our space. Simple access to unload equipment. We have a seond floor mezzanine that houses 3 offices and a large Boardroom. Space also includes a full kitchen and Mens/Womens restrooms. Also unique - the adjacent one-acre lot for all parking needs. Free with rental. The basketball courts are the crown jewel of the space, used in commercial shoots with professional athletes. The turf space and weight-training area are ideal for fitness focused content. The mezzanine allows for aerial view of full space. Lobby serves as PM hub with one office and lounge, in addition to open space for Crafty. Turf can be set for tables/chairs for meals.
