EVENT RENTAL RATES Bookings for parties and events must be made at least one week in advance. No exceptions. Studio rate is based on the number of people attending the event. $375.00 per hour includes Ground level studio & lounge area, ground level bathroom, makeup room, parking lot, back yard. $475.00 per hour includes Ground Level & Second Level lounge room, kitchen and glass block deck area. Events also require a Cleaning/Site Rep Fee as follows: $300.00 When Renter is serving alcohol, security guards are required as follows: Up to 50 people requires 1 security guard 51 to 100 people requires 2 security guards. Over 100 people requires 3-4 security guards. You can provide your own guards or we can provide guards at an agreed upon hourly rate.
