EVENT RENTAL RATES Bookings for parties and events must be made at least one week in advance. No exceptions. Studio rate is based on the number of people attending the event. $375.00 per hour includes Ground level studio & lounge area, ground level bathroom, makeup room, parking lot, back yard. $475.00 per hour includes Ground Level & Second Level lounge room, kitchen and glass block deck area. Events also require a Cleaning/Site Rep Fee as follows: $300.00 When Renter is serving alcohol, security guards are required as follows: Up to 50 people requires 1 security guard 51 to 100 people requires 2 security guards. Over 100 people requires 3-4 security guards. You can provide your own guards or we can provide guards at an agreed upon hourly rate. We provide an AirMedic HEPA Filter air filtration unit to be ON the entire production in the makeup/dressing room . This unit removes 99% of airbourne particles up to 0.01 mircrons in size. It is quiet and will not be intrusive in sound to your production. Our facility is very spacious with plenty of private outdoor and indoor space allowing the "New Normal" to be accomplished with ease.
