INDOOR SKATEPARK - the only indoor skatepark in hip East Williamsburg

Welcome to our one of a kind indoor skate park that can host a large variety of activities, from film shoots, photo shoots, video shoots, events, parties, and more. An authentic indoor skatepark built into an industrial East Williamsburg raw warehouse space replete with 16-foot hight ceilings, two built-in half-pipes (one natural wood, one painted green), a bunch of skate ramps, skate box, rails, very cool wall artwork and graffiti painted by our skaters, exposed brick, cement floor, plywood details. As a bonus the industrial neighborhood right outside the door is littered with some of NYC/Brooklyn's best authentic wall art and industrial streets/walls, making for an fantastic photo/film backdrops. Rooms/Space: the skatepark is divided into three activity areas, featuring two half-pipes and one large street-style section with various ramps and platforms, including a wall-ride section. One bowl is painted a forest green, the other retains the natural wood surface. There are a variety of walls and surfaces, included exposed brick, painted brick, wall art, graffiti, plywood, stickers, and more. There is also plenty of room and height in the open space to erect a backdrop and create a full photo studio, if needed. WIndows/Natural Light: Front section has floor to ceiling windows, with scattered skylights throughout creating shafts of natural light. These can be flagged off. Accessibility: Skatepark is on the ground floor and faces directly onto the street/sidewalk, with easy access for equipment and crew entry/exit. Bathroom: Large bathroom which has that dive-bar grungy look but is actually clean and hygienic FAQ:: - We CAN provide a skate instructor/counselor! Pricing available on request. - Skateboarding casting also available on request! - If you are interested in booking the space for multiple days/week(s) please contact us for special rates. - The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. - A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. - On-site rep fee (if requested): $240 (minimum; may increase depending on headcount) -Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total number of attendees, start/end time of your reservation, the amount of EQ to load in and load out, type of activity, etc. All additional fees will be discussed with you and mutual agreed upon - WE CAN AND ARE WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR PRODUCTION NEEDS!
