RATES Our rates vary depending on day and time - and your requirements. While we want to give you the best, we are a small business and operate on tiny margins. Taxes and Peerspace fees account for approximately 50% of what you actually pay. Rooftop access is off limits - it is a matter of safety, to avoid structural damage and of respect to the other businesses in the building.
