Welcome to our Charming Farmhouse in the woods! Located in a quiet town on the western shore of Sebago Lake, the Farmhouse was built in 1817, and added on to around 1850. The quintessential connected New England farmhouse provides the period charm you expect, with select updates made for modern comfort. The farmhouse features a kitchen, dining room, a sitting room, living room, cozy sitting room with a piano, and one half bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms. Surrounded by 70 wooded acres, an open field, flower gardens, 200 year old rock walls, and attached barn, there is plenty to explore and provide the perfect setting. An attached 1817 barn is also available to rent. The barn and farmhouse are available to rent together or separately. They may be used for photo and video shoots, meetings, and retreats.
