IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is NOT parking on-site for more than 6 cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available and can be arranged through third-party parking lots all within a 3-minute drive from the location address. Shuttle service recommendations can also be provided or arranged. Both are included in the add on section. Kindly note there are penalty fees for violations of house rules or location agreements. All guests over the agreed number of people at the time of your booking will come with an added fee of $50 per person no matter if they are a child, adult, party staff, or guest. Parking over the 6-car limit will come with a $35 fee per car + towing fees, as a violation of this rule will be subject to immediate towing. Parking anywhere in the front yard grass area will come with a $150 penalty fee. All production bookings require COI (Certificate of Insurance) and if you are a Renter you agree that you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition and cleanliness that it was provided to you. In the event that a Location claims any damages, by booking the Renter agrees to pay the cost of all repairs for all damages no matter how small.
