    Stunning NEW SPACIOUS INDUSTRIAL MODERN LOFT located in the heart of Noho Arts District. With beautiful window views of the Olympic pool and cabanas, this stylish single-story loft is 980 sq ft, with high ceilings and large windows providing plenty of natural light. The space has a very calm, quiet, and Zen-like feel. The building is centrally located with plentiful pay parking lots and metered parking nearby. The space has great AC for those hot summer days and the fridge will always have cold water for you and your team. I’m a designer so please feel free to let me know what content you’re creating and send social media’s so I could get an idea and I might be able to help with extra furniture or props.
