$39/Hour Positioned within the Moreno Highlands of Silverlake, here is a beautiful, location for photography, film shoots, podcasts, rehearsals, and industry meetings! Enjoy the entire backyard, studio and newly opened front patio. This private, terraced garden boasts mature landscape and west facing views. USC and other student films are very welcome! Tranquil backyard setting provides several distinct zones for photography. Each region contains engaging and unique backdrop imagery. Top level offers breathtaking sunset city views. Stunning golden hour shots. Modern studio exterior employs clean lines. Interior decor has warm, musical undertones. Studio walls adorned with decorative pieces created by an array of local women artists. Glass door and many windows provide natural light. Filming area includes entire back yard, studio, front patio, side yard, and kitchen upon special written request. No other shots are permitted. Thank you for helping us keep our grounds beautiful and fresh for all clients and guests! Pedestrian access is limited to paved areas, seat walls, stairs and furniture. Please refrain from walking in planters, on plants or touching/ pulling plant material. Fountain~ $20 flat fee /day. Fire pit is currently cosmetic only. New overhead string lighting and recessed stair lights! Studio is a shoe-off environment for crew. Models may use shoes and all costuming. Half bath + sink and entire kitchen (for warming and displaying food) are located in primary residence. They are included in the hourly rental fee. Residents are designers.
